Constitution of the Brazilian institution, i.e. social statutes, articles of association, appointment act or nomination of the current board of directors and proof of registration with the respective National, State, Federal District of Municipal Social Welfare Council (authenticated photocopies of current documents).
The request must
be presented to diplomatic missions, consulates or
vice-consulates with
jurisdiction over the city of residence of the
interested party, along with the following
documents, besides those required by the Law no.
6815, of 1980, and in the Decree nr. 86715, of
1981:
I – document from
the entity with headquarters in Brazil inviting the
foreign individual to work as a voluntary worker;
II – document
from the entity requesting the visa showing that it
is registered with the institution’s authority;
III – document
proving nomination, designation or election of the
present board of directors;
IV – proof of
registration at the Social Services, whenever it
applies, or certificate of qualification as a public
organization, issued by the Justice Department,
whenever the case;
V – document
specifying the place where the voluntary services
will be rendered and the activities that will be
performed by the individual;
VI – statement
from the entity proving that they will be
responsible for the foreign individual during their
stay in Brazil and for his or her return to the
country of origin;
VII – statement
from the organization or institution that is doing
the invitation saying that they will assume all
medical and hospital expenses of the foreign
individual invited, as well as all of his or her
dependents, during their stay in Brazil;
VIII –
certificate of no criminal records;
IX – document
that proves professional experience or qualification
compatible with the activities to be performed;
X – proof that
the entity is working full time. |
